1. This reward is only available to Sky customers who have successfully joined Sky.

2. The following categories of entrant are not permitted to enter this Promotion:
a. Employees (or members of their immediate families, including any live-in partner or household member) of companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies.

3. This reward entitles you to one application for up to one kit (unless we say otherwise) per household (your household is the billing address for your Sky account). Kits will be distributed across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

4. This reward offers successful applicants a free kit which will be posted to the postal address supplied during the ballot entry process only. Travel, accommodation, food and drink, spending money or any other hospitality are not included as part of this reward (unless we say otherwise).

5. Kits are allocated on a ballot basis. Ballots will generally be used where the demand vastly exceeds the supply.

6. You can enter the ballot at any time between 22 October 2021 and 19 November 2021 09:00:00. All entries must be received no later than 09:00:00 on 19 November 2021 (the "promotional period").

7. To make sure all Sky VIP customers can benefit from this reward equally, applications depend on our 'Fair Use' policy.

8. For some events and promotions, we may give priority booking access based on Sky VIP tier. If you are eligible for this, we will tell you in the relevant Sky VIP section of the My Sky app.

9. By applying for a kit, we will treat you as accepting these terms and conditions and agreeing to keep to them.

10. To apply for a kit, you will need to register your details, confirm your email address and postal address.

11. Winners will be selected randomly by a computer generated draw from all eligible entries received during the promotional period, once the promotion has closed.
12. The Sky customer or their nominated recipient must keep to all laws which apply.

13. The Sky customer or their nominated recipient must not sell their kit under any circumstances.

14. We will use any information we collect from you as part of the application process to provide the kits. We may pass your details on to other organisations for the delivery of your kit to the postal address supplied.

15. We do not accept any responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay in you sending your application or us receiving it. Proof of applying for a kit is not proof we received your application.

16. There is no cash alternative to the reward, and the kits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

17. We can substitute the kit for a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control.

18. Apart from causing death or personal injury arising from negligence or in respect of fraud and as far as allowed by law, we and our associated companies and agents will not have any responsibility for the postponement, cancellation, delay or changes which are beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any act or failure to act of any supplier.

19. If your kit fails to reach your postal address for reasons outside of our and our associated companies and agents control, we will not give any form of compensation, financial or otherwise.

20. Winning customers should receive their kit by 17 December 2021, if you have not received a kit by this date unfortunately you are not a winner.

21. We will not be liable for any communications which you are eligible for that do not reach you for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

22. Our decision is final. We will not correspond with you if you disagree. If you do not keep to these terms and conditions, any rewards will not be valid.

23. We may refuse any reward or make it invalid if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have broken these terms and conditions or if you or your nominated recipient or anyone authorised by you or your nominated recipient, acts in a way towards us, other people, Sky staff which we reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If we do this, we can give the kit to someone else.

24. This reward, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, will be governed by English law and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
